Mr. Rodebaugh joined the Arthur CUSD #305 as a teacher in 2001 following his graduation from Eastern Illinois University. While teaching, coaching, and raising his family Mr. Rodebaugh found time to continue his education. In 2003 he graduated from Eastern Illinois University once again this time with a Masters of Science in Technology. degree. During the summer of 2006 Mr. Rodebaugh was hired as the District's Technology Coordinator. He has held that position since then.
