What Inspired me to become a teacher:  In high school, I had the best Spanish teacher.  She would constantly challenge the class to work harder.  She gave wonderful - educational and entertaining - lessons.  She was always rewarding the class with food, and had a permanent smile on her face.

Why I enjoy Teaching:  Everyday at school is different and each student is different.  I also love reading and hope to pass this love on to students.

What I like about Arthur and Arthur Schools:  I love the variety of culture in this community - so many different backgrounds coming together.  The other teachers and the administration here have been so friendly and so great.  I really appreciate their help with my millions of questions!

What I would do if I was not a Teacher:  I would work in a book store or an ice cream parlor.

Favorite Quote:  "Finish each day and be done with it.  You have done what you could.  Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can.  Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense." ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Best Advice for Students:  Enjoy your high school years - You can never get them back.  Join every club, go out for sports, and do your homework.  Now is the time to take risks and to make lasting memories.
