Description: The activities range from individual to team sports, including lifetime activities. There is an emphasis not only on the physical, but also on the emotional and co-operative development of the student's participation in physical activities. Provided is a wide range of activities with elective class offerings for student's choices, in units lasting one to five weeks each.
Health

Description: Health will be offered on alternate days during Freshman P.E. for the entire year. All areas required by the state will be covered. Physical, mental, social and emotional health are essential for total health.
Driver Education

Level: Sophomore
Credit: .5
Description: This course is a minimum of 30 clock hours of classroom and 6 hours of behind - the - wheel (DR. ED. Car). It also includes one hour of night time driving. Both phases teach how to be a safe driver, pedestrian safety, rules of the road, motorcycle safety, drinking and driving, drugs and driving, parking, backing, rural, highway, interstate, city driving, some emergency situations, and car maintenance.
